The light at Highline park pre-spring bloom is incredible, and strange, and wonderful; It makes warm tones while still casting itself so blue-colored. It wraps itself through branches, in a living way, that somehow makes up the difference for the lack of a single green growth. It perplexes me, but I just love it. Its just so different from California.
Four true seasons are still such a novel thing to me.

My dearest pup passed away recently. It’s a beautiful thing how losing something or someone so dear can sometimes help you find the life in other things.
